• What is mago3D

  mago3D is a next-generation 3D platform that integrates management and visualization of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) area and traditional 3D spatial information (3D GIS).

• What browsers are supported

  Chrome is the prefered browser for its ability to process large amounts of web data.
  Please use Chrome browser for smooth interaction.

• I want to use JT format. What should I do ?

  For JT format, you need to contact the company separately. If you have any specific questions, feel free to email us at info@gaia3d.com

• How to use each license of mago3DJS, mago3D Converter ((old) F4D Converter)

  mago3D.js follows dual license based on Apache2.0 and mago3D Converter is based on AGPL3.0.
  Organizations or individuals that use the mago3D converter but do not wish to release the source code must obtain a commercial license from Gaia3D (www.gaia3d.com).
  Except for the commercial license, everything is covered by AGPL3.0 and the source code is open to the public.

• I found a bug in mago3D JS.

  Please submit any bugs related to mago3D JS to the mago3D JS issue tracker.

• Found a bug in mago3D Converter ((formerly) F4DConverter).

  Submit it to the F4DConverter issue tracker. Thank you!

• Demo page loading is too slow.

  Because mago3D renders large 3D data on the client-side, GPU acceleration is required.
  The experience speed varies greatly depending on the graphics card performance supported by the device (PC, laptop, mobile) in use.
